Cape Malibu W.S.C. offers online billing options for customers through a third party site called PayClix. Click the PayClix icon on this page to be taken to the website. Sign up with PayClix to receive billing emails (including a reminder email if your bill is unpaid two days before the due date), online access to your bill and online payment options (including Automatic Payments). Online billing statements and emails are completely free for all customers.

Contact the operations or billing office in order to obtain the proper paperwork needed in order to connect water service at a new property. Once the paperwork is completed and the fees are paid you will be given the letter to take to Montgomery County to pull your county building permit.
These are two separate fees that Cape Malibu W.S.C. is charged by different entities for each 1,000 that is pumped out of the ground. Cape Malibu W.S.C. passes these charges onto their customers as a per 1,000 gallon charge. This is why you will see this amount increase on your bill when your water usage increases.
The current Lone Star Groundwater Conservation District (LSGCD) fee is $0.09 per 1,000 gallons.
The current San Jacinto River Authority Ground Water Reduction Plan (SJRA-GRP) fee is $3.17 per 1,000 gallons (as of September 2022)

In order to connect water service (or transfer it into your name) an original (no copies can be accepted) application, all applicable fees and a copy of the applications photo ID must be submitted.
Once all of the fees (cash, check or money order only) and paperwork are received, our office will connect water service to your property within 36 hours.
